An example output file formatted with tab-separated values can be converted into the desired format, offering easy access to the data for individual segments, as shown below.

Output files to verify your analysis are available to download as a zipped directory: dicom_small_out.zip. This download includes all point lists, graphs, skeletons, segmenations, and collated descriptions for viewing within Angicart and exporting to other programs.
